There's
a wonder in the way we're always free COACH'S NOTES I was listening to Sarah McLaughlin
in my car and a line stuck in my head: "No Strength to Squander."
How is it that when we are faced with difficult times we retreat, as if
somehow becoming a hermit will save us from the pervading challenges and
fear? I have witnessed how personal challenge is the norm today, not the
once in a lifetime or annual event. Now the line, no strength to squander
serves as a reminder that we might need that extra strength, just to survive. In the upcoming months, see
the political process and global challenges as a way to enter into agreements
that you choose. The future is not already prescribed. We can choose to
offer our strength in prayer, positive intentioning, visualization, and
action. We can use our strength as a resource of our own choosing. For
one day, commit your strength to live prosperously, think powerfully and
be accountable to the integrity of your beliefs. And act in accordance
with these higher ideals.
Both the hummingbird and the vulture fly over our nation's deserts. All vultures see is rotting meat, because that is what they look for. They thrive on that diet. But hummingbirds ignore the smelly flesh of dead animals. Instead, they look for the colorful blossoms of desert plants. The vultures live on what was. They live on the past. They fill themselves with what is dead and gone. But hummingbirds live on what is. They seek new life. They fill themselves with freshness and life. Each bird finds what it is looking for. We all do. Some Americans

at the American. The he reached over and held the "Ten after two," he said, at last. "My word!"
said the American. He caught up to his tour group and The group went
back with him. Again he asked for the time. Again the guy The others were
amazed. They went on their way, but the original The Mexican thought
for a moment and then nodded. Pocketing the ------ > WHAT'S NEW IS -----> COACHING
